Pradeep Kumar Singh is an experienced DevOps Tech Lead at Thales with over 11 years of relevant experience. He is an enthusiastic individual who is always eager to try new ideas and learn from them. Pradeep's career objective is to seek challenging and responsible positions in Linux Admin/Scripting/Testing with growth-oriented core industries, to learn and function effectively and deliver his best. Currently, Pradeep is leading technicalities for Thales's Telecom domain products (OTA, IoT, eNS, etc.), providing technical briefings, scope clarification, supervising installation/deployment/testing for customer product deployments, and deploying in-house solutions based on AWS. He is responsible for product deployments and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Pradeep worked as an Integration Expert for Gemalto Global Solutions, responsible for end-to-end telecom-based solution delivery to the Asia Pacific Region and Greater China Kingdom. He was involved in scope meetings with customers, integration requirement gathering, installation/deployments of Gemalto Telecom Products for Telecom MNCs (Customer), validation and acceptance with the customer, load testing, performance tuning, and SMSC/LTE integrations. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. He completed his 10th and 12th grade from Kendriya Vidyalaya, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Pradeep's technical skills include DevOps, Senior Software Engineering, Testing, Integration, and AWS. He is an expert in his field and has proven experience in delivering complex projects.
